Please read these terms carefully before using the I-Metro public transit ecosystem. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these legally binding conditions.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the I-Metro mobile application, visiting our website, or using any of our physical ticketing infrastructure, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using the service.

I-Metro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any revisions.

02 User Obligations

As a condition of your use of I-Metro services, you agree to the following:

  • Account Accuracy: You must provide current, accurate, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Safety & Conduct: You agree to follow all safety protocols, including boarding procedures and emergency instructions, while using physical transit services.
  • Fair Usage: You will not attempt to circumvent ticketing systems, forge digital passes, or engage in any fraudulent activity that deprives I-Metro of legitimate revenue.
  • Prohibited Content: You will not use our digital platforms to transmit malware, spam, or any content that violates the rights of others.

03 Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 excellence, I-Metro does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, route adjustments, and unforeseen urban transit events may affect availability.

Guaranteed Support Window

Real-time tracking and customer assistance are prioritized during peak commuting hours (06:00 - 22:00 local time).

04 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I-Metro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the transit services, any conduct or content of any third party on the services, or any content obtained from the services.

05. Intellectual Property

All branding, software architecture, and interface designs are the exclusive property of I-Metro.

06. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms without prior notice.
